The brief.
Sharm Gardens brought together a large hotel, villas, pools and leisure facilities in one coastal resort, requiring construction management that could balance speed, cost and finishing quality.
Execution.
HG ran scheduling, cost estimating, cash-flow forecasting and procurement, evaluated bids, and controlled time, cost and quality through the construction phase.
Completion.
The resort was delivered with a controlled budget, predictable cash flow and quality assurance processes covering every work front from structure to finishes.
