A 360-room 5-star hotel: 6,000 m² main building, 180-room staff housing, two swimming pools, diving centre, restaurants, GM villa, full engineering services and hardscaping.
Complete project management for the owner — consultant selection, design management and coordination, planning, procurement, cost control, full supervision and construction management across multiple contractors and suppliers.
The brief.
The Royal Azur resort combined a 360-key hotel, staff housing and leisure facilities, requiring an owner-side PM team capable of managing designers, contractors and suppliers simultaneously.
Execution.
HG led consultant selection, coordinated design, planned the works, procured contractors and suppliers, and provided full supervision and construction management across the multiple work fronts.
Completion.
The resort's hotel, staff housing, pools, diving centre and supporting infrastructure were delivered under a single PM framework with controlled cost and quality gates.
