High Gate's distinctive circular layout around a central building needed careful planning and resource loading to align the 300-key programme with available capacity.
Execution.
HG developed the project plan and schedule, estimated costs, loaded resources and produced cash-flow forecasts to guide the owner and contractor.
Completion.
The owner and contractor received a resource-loaded programme and cash-flow forecast that informed procurement and construction pacing for the resort.
