The brief.
Golf Porto Marina is a vast mixed resort spanning golf, residential blocks, a 5-star hotel and sports facilities, needing an integrated PM approach across a large site.
Execution.
HG provided complete owner-side project management, coordinating design, planning the phased construction, supervising works and managing the multiple delivery interfaces.
Completion.
The resort's golf, residential, hotel and service components were advanced under one PM control system with coordinated design and site supervision.
