The brief.
The Four Seasons Madinaty required a rigorous planning baseline inside a larger master development, with the owner needing Primavera P6-based programme control and cash-flow visibility.
Execution.
HG built the baseline programme in Primavera P6, developed the WBS, identified the critical path, produced resource histograms and S-curves, and analysed cash flow.
Completion.
The owner received a robust planning baseline, clear critical-path visibility and resource and cash-flow curves to support funding and contractor management.
