A 240-room 3-star hotel with swimming pools, staff housing, restaurants, theatre, shops and extensive landscaping and hardscaping.
Complete project management for the owner: designer selection, design management and coordination, planning, procurement, cost estimation and control, supervision, contract administration and construction management.
The brief.
Club Azur required a full owner-side PM team to take the 240-room resort from designer selection through construction and hand-over.
Execution.
HG selected designers, coordinated the design, planned the programme, procured contractors, controlled costs, supervised construction and administered contracts to completion.
Completion.
The hotel, pools, staff housing, restaurants, theatre and retail areas were delivered under a single PM framework with design, cost and contract control.
