A luxury 4-star hotel with ~120 rooms, main building, restaurants, swimming pool, entertainment areas, utilities, fences, external networks, roads and landscaping.
Project management for design and construction phases: design coordination, planning, scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, bid letting, contract administration and time & cost control.
The brief.
Bella Vista in Ain Al-Sokhna needed PM support across both design and construction, linking the design team to the construction team before site works began.
Execution.
HG coordinated design, built the schedule and cost estimate, procured contractors through bid letting, administered contracts and controlled time and cost during construction.
Completion.
The hotel, entertainment areas, utilities and external works were advanced with a continuous thread from design coordination through construction control.
